Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and drop the package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
